SLDC Data (in a time block of 15 minutes) is provided to the intended users for the specific purpose of monitoring of load. This Service is provided by SLDC directly from its on-line data for information purposes only. It has been facilitated by OERC in providing the data on its website in public interest and for the purpose of dissemination of information only.

SLDC shall not be liable for any liability, which may arise as a consequence of the erroneous information. It does not guarantee that the Service will be without delay or interruption or that the information supplied will be accurate or complete and it assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information provided through the Service.

In no circumstances, the information gathered from the Service could be considered conclusive and therefore could not be used as evidence for the purpose of any court case, litigation, financial closure or any other form of complaint. In case of any inconsistency between the various figures obtained from other sources (e.g. data from Meters, billing account of the Discoms) & details shown in this website, the figures as per record available with the SLDC shall be final.

SLDC/OERC reserves its right to suspend/terminate the Service/Facilitation at any time at its sole discretion. User agrees to hold harmless and indemnify SLDC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claim arising from or in any way related to his/her use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by The Electricity Act, 2003, The Indian Electricity Rules 1956, OER Act 1995 and Rules and Regulations framed there under as amended from time to time. In the event that there is a dispute of difference with regard to these Terms and Conditions, the same shall be dealt under the Provisions of aforesaid Act, Rules and Regulations.

The Terms and Conditions set hereinabove may be modified by SLDC/OERC without any prior notice to the User and the User's continued usage of the Service shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the modified terms. This Service is being at the service of the user that the every user has gone through the terms and conditions and understood it fully.
