M/s Western Electricity Supply Company of Orissa Ltd., Burla, Sambalpur (WESCO, for short) the holder of The Orissa Distribution & Retail Supply Licence, 1999 (No.4/99) submitted an application on 14.09.2000 u/s 26 of the Orissa Electricity Reform Act, 1995 (Reform Act, 1995, for short) in respect of its revenue and tariff for retail supply of electricity for different categories of consumers.
